Major Challenge:
The main business challenge for the client was to have a single platform to manage all the cloud-based reservation system with GDS and OTA connectivity, CRM, DCS, frequent flyer program, reporting center and BI, inventory management, IBE.
Our solution:
Considering the challenge in creating a single platform which allows to manage end-to-end operations of the flight, our team came up with the non-trivial solution.
Our team started the project by creating a variety of features which included sub-features for every module development. They extensively used PHP and MySQL to create, implement and deploy the tools. The tools included a wide range of unique functionalities and features, including, rich UI, BI and Analytics, reporting module etc.
This comprehensive solution includes a wide variety of feature enablement allowing the automation of a vast number of daily tasks. Some of the major features of the system are enlisted below:

Using our ARS platform, client can now perform and manage multiple complex functions in one platform which involves:

Our team was able to integrate DCS and develop a software to enhance the customer experience through advanced technologies like chatbot integration, voice enabled search, etc., In addition, we ensured that each backend code was optimized and fully tested. Therefore, the application was easy to use and provided native editing capabilities.
Overall, the project was a success and the client agreed to continue working with us for a long term.
